  • A static IP address is required for each circuit to be monitored. If you do not currently have a static IP address for your buisiness network, you can call your carrier provider to order one or CT Solutions can assist you in ordering one from your carrier provider. (Charges may apply)
  • CMCR-2000 subscribers’ modems or firewalls must respond to a ping in order for the service to function.
  • CMCR-2000 subscribers must sign and return a “Letter of Authorization” allowing CT Solutions and our associates to act on the behalf of the subscriber in opening a carrier trouble ticket.
  • Pricing is based on one circuit per subscription.
